Car Rental Rate Sheet.
Our places of network for car hire services are :-
(a) Metropolitan Cities : Amhedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune.
(b) 2 Tier Cities : Agra, Allahabad, Aurangabad, Amritsar, Bagdogra, Baroda, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Bhuj, Bikaner, Calicut, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Cochin, Cuttak, Dehradun, Dhanbad, Dibrugarh, Ghaziabad, Goa, Gurgoan, Guwahati, Gwalior, Indore, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Jammu, Jamshedpur, Kanyakumari, Kanpur, Kullu, Lucknow, Madurai, Mysore, Manali, Nagpur, Nasik, Nellore, Noida, Ooty, Patna, Pondicherry, Rajkot, Ranchi, Rameshwaram, Raipur, Surat, Shimla, Siliguri, Tirupati, Trichy, Trivandrum, Udaipur, Vellore, Vijayawada, Vizag (Vishakapatnam), Varanasi (Banaras), etc.
(c) FOR HYDERABAD CAR BOOKING, 5% WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR ANDHRA PRADESH VAT.
NOTE : CARS WILL BE PROVIDED AS PER AVAILABILITY AT DIFFERENT CITIES.
In some cities the charges are for 300 kms minimum for local use also. We will let you know as and when we receive the request from you.

General Terms and Conditions:->
-> Rates include car with chauffeur and fuel.
-> Time & Kilometers will be calculated from Garage to Garage basis.
-> Reading Kilometer, timings & parking fees to be checked and confirmed thoroughly by the -->passenger before signing the duty slip.
-->Outstation Use: Day means calendar day. After 12 midnight it will counted as next day and will be charged.
-->Rates do not include parking, toll, interstate taxes, etc. It will be charged as per actual.
-->For Outstation trips, Chauffeurs charges will be charged per day as mentioned in the rate list. Also night retention charges will be charged extra @ Rs 100/- per night.
-->For Local trips Chauffeurs charges will be charged for usage of car after 10 PM or before 6.30 AM Rs.100/- for cars upto Corolla category and Rs. 200/- for Camry onward cars.
Luggage in car at passenger`s risk.
-->GST will be charged at 12% subject to change as per notification from Government of India.
-->Minimum time for reservation is 24 hrs for Pan India Network.
-->Reservations to be done through mail from company id. Cancellation before 12 hours from the reporting time will not be charged.
-->In case of next day requirement of the guest, either the same has to be written on the duty slip with the time and place of requirement or the same has to be informed on the email by the guest or the booker.
-->Payment : Within 15 days of bill placement.
